SHIPPING POLICY:

ORDER PROCESSING:

Upon receiving your order confirmation, please allow 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing. An email notification will be sent within 1 to 2 days to inform you that your order is on its way. Deliveries typically take 3 to 7 business days on average.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 2 days. A flat rate shipping fee of $3 USD applies to orders shipped within the United States for all orders under $29.99 USD. Orders totaling $29.99 USD or more qualify for free shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping. Please anticipate an average delivery time of 1 to 3 weeks.

Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon reaching your destination country. Cheerland is not liable for these charges, as they are the customer's responsibility.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. We will refund the full order amount, excluding the return shipping costs.
